New to the Real Estate Investment market

Greetings! Well here I am, at the starting point. My desire is to create profit by commercial units or owning multifamily units in order to provide housing as well as generational wealth. Living in MD and moving to AR but am not limited by those locations - have job will travel! I appreciate any wisdom shared.
