, I’m looking into doing a HELOC on my current owner-occupied duplex (live in one side) to help fund a down payment on another duplex.

Once of my agent partners was asking me about rentals in St Cloud and we don't have anything currently. 

It would be able to identify potential trends and opportunities in markets that would be over looked by the average individual. 

We are currently charging $50.
