You are completely correct that retailers will need multichannel sales strategies however as in the case with Kroger they need to spend more money upgrading their physical stores and the customer experience.It is looking like a record year for retailers.

The actual closed price was $55,000, so unless I clicked the 'correct information' button and requested they update it looks very strange unless you went and looked at the actual recorder info like @Wayne Brooks suggested.

Given this is not a cash loan, and I would be using a home equity line of credit from his paid off primary residence, correct me if I'm wrong, he should expect to pay ~4% interest once the line of credit is used.

Althouth inventory is tight, the constant development (i.e Beltline) going on around the metro Atlanta area, I still think we have a good 2 - 5 year run before you see any real correction here.
