They do a lot of training and have a lot of investors that will buy your wholesale deals. one of the best communities I’ve ever heard of, wish there was one like it in my market 🤣

We have 10+ self service car washes/auto bays with no subscription services (some closed, some active, some partially active) for sale in our region and I am looking to find alternative uses for investors interested in the properties. 

I predominately work with out of state investors looking for cash flowing rental property in our market.

What advice would you give to an investor starting out in terms of location?

It's helpful to work with a mortgage broker that has experience working with DSCR loans and ideally specializes in working with investors.

Find yourself a good investor friendly agent and you will be fine!
