@Libby Tucker you should contact the bank holding the mortgage and tell them what you want to do, i.e. transferring the property to the LLC.  

Write it up as a personal letter.When you do all that, then contact a local RE Agent to give you a list of all the houses in that neighborhood that have sold in the last 5 years with all cash.

While it's not foolproof, many of the Indy locals (PMs, Agents, Wholesalers, etc.) that I've come in contact with all agree its pretty good.
