I've been renting on Air bnb but I want do long term now STOP READING BOOKS, connect with those doing deals learn apply what you learn, I have never read a RE book, or been to a guru seminar and I have done and seen it all. 

In fact, it was because of my mastermind group connections that I ended up partnering with some of them and purchased some amazing properties in Costa Rica.
