The growth here in Central Florida is still very strong and since multi-family units are not very prevalent, they tend to have strong value retention and equity growth.

Hi there, not sure if this is the right forum, but I'm interested in starting a real state service business on the side (I have a full time job and rental properties), and recently came across a carpet/ flooring cleaning company in Austin TX that is in the market for sale, the owner started this business a few months ago and ran that for 3-4 months, the demand was solid for the start (revenue around $20k/month with one truck/van), he wanted to expand but got into family emergency issues and now he's selling the business, there are no financial statements as he says he's basically selling the assets (van, machines etc.).

My company is well staffed now but when we were starting out I frequently hosted many properties while traveling. 

In the time I do have, I'm interested in supplementing my primary job income by creating a rental real estate company (becoming a landlord for a few properties).

There are those that say its the insurance company's function to not pay out and find ways out the policy, so this is pointless.

How about the company you work for and the companies you write for; any of them licensed or have any special laws or regulations they must follow?

Yet, that's not the intent.So you incentize companies to bring work to your state by making yourself more "tax competitive," and thus make more money. 

I could try taking up managing MTR myself but this company has relationships with renters and insurance companies that I assume bring higher rents than I can get myself with Furnished Finder.
