I want to thank you on front BP community .I'm trying to purchase a mixed-use property using a FHA loan these are the details on the property the property has three Apartments and one commercial space which I believe is less than 49% of the residential part of the property.I was  Told by one lender that yes I can buy this property because is less then 5 unit.

That's a case involving Ohio law, on a summary judgment motion, focusing on an entirely different issue in the context of a mortgagee, not a purchaser.

It is a large scale duplex project by developer with around 40 duplexes in community.  

@Tony Thomsen I appreciate you asking the community but with 25k at risk and potentially more you need a pro to answer this.

Hello BP Community My partner and I are interested in purchasing a mobile home and RV park directly from a small owner who is located in a rural part of Central Florida.
