@James McGovernI really don't see any up front angle on this situation.  

I am starting a park that will end up with roughly 20-25 lots on plot of land that's roughly 20 acres (including an existing 4/2 house).

So I have no experience with painting exteriors.  I purchased a pretty decent paint spray gun, to paint the whole inside of my house. How hard is it to paint the exterior of this home with the paint spray gun>??  

If you end up choosing a market in the Raleigh area, please keep me in mind.

Travel nurses on furnished finder are wanting to pay way less. your dealing with individuals. who want to pocket as much money as possible and rightly so.The goal with MTR is to connect to companies who pay for the nurses and also set up the housing for the nurses (the companies pay more) than the individual nurses want to.
