You can hire a company that is not local to the area to manage the bookings, guest interactions, reviews, etc and then have boots on the ground people in Pittsburgh to deploy when issues arise and to maintain and turn it.

Get with a good handy man or your RE agent that will be your boots on the ground and check-in/service the property asI'm about 2700 miles from my properties but have much higher cash flow...I take 15% of the gross rent and put it in a repairs/maintenance slush fund and this has worked so far.
