Virtual Wholesaling Noob

Jakob Rassman
Posted

Hello BiggerPockets!

As the title states, I am just getting into virtual wholesaling. A friend of mine asked me to JV with him. I have yet to make a deal happen, but I feel like I am starting to get the hang of the networking aspect. I handle the acquisitions, so, that is the majority of what is expected of me.

Right now, we operate in 3 cities (Detroit, Oklahoma City, and Sacramento). The majority of my focus has been on Detroit, as I have had a lot of success with making connections there.

I am interested in any and all knowledge or tips that this community may have to offer a person in my position. I cannot overstate my excitement at the prospect of eventually being able to have investment property of my own, and I intend to build up cash to make it happen through wholesaling.

I hope to be able to BRRRR while I build up capital as well.

Thank you All!

Jakob
