I don't care who they have over there as long as they pay the rent on time and take care of the property.Imagine your bank harassing you because you allowed a family member or friend to stay with you for a period of time....or even move in with you.Pick and choose your battles, but if you want to die on that hill then go ahead. 

Let them choose their own neighbors.Contact non-profit housing organizations. 

Here is something for you to ponder: very few people are in a situation they did not is some way choose.

I'm not looking to turn the place into a museum, but I would like to go one step above basic with the hopes of attracting more applicants to choose from.

I am looking to put in laminate flooring but there are a lot to choose from.

The work was all done by a reputable contractor that I know and trust.The roof is a little wavy and there are multiple gentle slopes in the house, one of which doesn't allow the bathroom door to close properly.I had someone come out to the property today to check the crawl space but the new vinyl siding covers the access so it looks as if I won't be able to see it before buying.
