Hello All 👋🏼I am a Property Manager looking to connect with like-minded real estate enthusiasts.

After trial in April 2023 he appealed the decree and we settled in Supreme Court that the LLC, the physical rental property, and the mortgage would be my responsibility.  

Context: My husband and I purchased this property with the intent of running it as a residential assisted living home.

After doing this for 15+ years, almost all of our properties are paid off. 

After meeting the entire team in their beautiful office I signed the deal to buy my first property.

The property was full of garbage, old cars, campers and boat/ trailers.

I began uploading behind-the-scenes film from property inspections, due diligence processes, and other facets of my investment operations.

For smaller properties, my initial instinct is that the effort is not worth the few dollars a month you will make, but if it is nothing more than calling a few vendors to get pricing, it could be worth the minimal effort.
