(Recently preapproved) Has anyone had any experience using the Va renovation loan in order to make property pass inspection?

The rent of that apt. is $300-400 below market and we have not updated it (although the appliances are recent).

I started real estate investing recently and I am glad to be apart of the bp community.

Everyome was saying how they wouldnt be able to rent their own house becaise how high rent is here how mich their house has apprecieated since they bought it, so we bought a house I recently discovered BP and have been binge watching videos.

Some recent examples are Scott Sutherland, Rod Khleif (a motivational speaker as well as investor--man did he have some interesting psychology insight!)

I recently did it and I kind of wish I could go back to the way it was.
