You might know Clayton from FOX News, he hosts Fox & Friends.If you want to get started right away the first thing to do is to build a gigantic, salivating, responsive, active cash buyer list.

You will for sure make connections there and get any questions that you have answered by people that are actively investing in MHs. 

I'm new to the real estate industry, but I'm eager to learn and become successfully active in the field.

If you are going to try and get into wholesaling, make sure to check with your broker to see if they allow those activities.

As mentioned above, you will need to be there (or hire someone to supervise) to monitor daily activity and track hours.
