Bigger Pockets is a great place to learn how to do it.  

There's a few very knowledgeable investor CPAs here on bigger pockets.

-Make post on Bigger Pockets "looking for wholesalers in Nevada..."

If this happened I do not want to be on the receiving side of legal action with the IRS, their pockets are bigger than mine!!

Hey BP community, I am new to real estate investing and am glad that I found bigger pockets to help me learn, network, and grow.

Bigger cities like Seattle and LA are use to these kinds of new styles of buildings and usually* arent a big problem but unless its already been done in that area it could be more difficult that its worth.

I don't know of another industry that creates the tremendous rewards real estate investing does, but you have to work for it.Here's wishing you tremendous real estate investing success!

Just be sure to explain to them the difference (risks vs rewards) of being in lien position and being on title.
