To document things, I always take photos with the time stamp app which gives you great evidence to use in court.

Haven't tried it...but it does look promising if you're going to be the only person controlling the lock (ie guests won't need access to the app). 

'Application' in our terminology is our own app where we get D/L, SSI, employment, rental history etc.

I'm thinking some apps can do monthly rentals, but what else would help to increase demand? 

I probably would have received over a hundred applications from prospects who only had to hit a button if I had allowed zillow applicants to submit an app without showing. 

I know I have a lot to learn, not only about Real Estate but how to find the right people, make the right connections, what to best apps and websites to use, etc...
