I have started my Real Estate journey by listening to a seminar that Brandon put on at the start of this year about being focused on your goals and how to set and achieve them.

By the way everyone on here wants financial freedom, less than a few achieve it.When I first started investing I wanted the best real estate deals anyone could find anywhere, and I wanted to beat everyone else’s returns by X.

However, there may be other creative ways to achieve what you want to do.

I prefer leveraging a property vice cash mostly to achieve a higher ROI.

Furthermore, if so what does your lender need from you to help you achieve those goals. 

I will have potentially 500k to invest and my goal would be to achieve 4k monthly cash flow.
