Can I use the BiggerPockets Rental Property calculator in the UK?

Can I use the BiggerPockets Rental Property calculator here in the UK for analysing properties in England or is it not compatable? Would the preset dollars option matter if I'm inputting numbers in pounds?

Also, hello everyone just a little bit about me, my name is Amandeep Singh Bassi. I am a total newbie when it comes to investing so please bear with me while I navigate around BiggerPockets.

I have started my Real Estate journey by listening to a seminar that Brandon put on at the start of this year about being focused on your goals and how to set and achieve them. Since January, I have read three BiggerPockets books - how to buy real estate properties, how to manage them as a landlord and how to estimate rehab costs.

I mean WOW, that is all I can say. I have never read books before that provided so much knowledge! I used to be clueless but now I actually understand how to buy a property, how to manage a property and how to rehab a property. Thank you BiggerPockets and team.

I have been adding to my knowledge by listening to as many BiggerPockets podcasts as I can whether it is about money, businesses or real estate investing.

I just want to say, thank you so much for helping me on this journey and I can't wait to keep learning more and more each day. I appreciate all of the help.
