One bit of advice from one BP member to another Make sure you have a really good set of corporate resolution docs, non competes, a really good set of policies and procedures and communicate daily on expectations, goals, and EVERYTHING!

Anyone know anything about the procedures in Louisiana for setting up a "Personal Care Home" vs mere room and boarding for special need individuals.? 

I hope to do that one day.If I ever went REI full time I’d probably have it set up as an investment company and be doing notes, rentals, large multifamily etc.

Seems like a huge hassle if we're talking 4+ properties.In wave, I'm thinking to get this done right I'm going to have two set up two separate "businesses", one for each property.
