What are some clever ways to really get your phone ringing when you're trying to start a lucrative wholesaling business?

It is hard to get in and contribute to the forums with school and work but from what I have seen the networking that is done here is an invaluable asset.If you haven't done so already, I would suggest downloading a podcast streaming app for your phone to listen to the BP podcasts in your car.  

I'm also investing more time on learning better sales and negotiation, to get more great deals under contract.I'm getting in the habit of making every single day a networking opportunity while interacting with people out in public & I ALWAYS pick up the phone when it rings.

If someone is looking down for instance when they walk, playing with a phone, etc. you are inviting an attack.

Flag#2 - When I reversed the phone #, I see it is a VOIP company.

Ideally I was hoping someone local would be available to set down face to face its my first time doing this and am just trying to be as cautious as I can thank you all for your help.Kane, the technology would allow us to do a 'face-to-face' even being thousands of miles apart by using google hangouts or Skype (if you prefer that over a phone call) :-)We can certainly arrange that!   

I'm looking at houses via FaceTime while my wife shows me properties, signing offers on my phone and still working 84 hour work weeks, driving across provinces  and playing landlord and contractor on the coast when I am not on shift. 

Maybe, landlord to landlord, you make a phone call on her behalf.
