I'm posting here as I'm looking for some North Side Chicago mentors.

I am looking in Franklin, Nolensville, Arrington, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Fairview, Thompson Station, North Columbia.

I am also a builder/flipper in Central/North Jersey (union/Morris/Bergen counties), I would love to connect with you, maybe I can answer some questions that you might on the matter.

North Dallas is booming but I think the margins are to tight to really get much of a return for a buy and hold.  

I'm a few hours north of Indy, I assume that's outside of your guy's range? 

Learn set up then programming good future in that field, it is extremely tough and low paying initially but if you can edit and modify and set up mill and lathe you can make decent money, look in the North east ATL for jobs like this!

Anyone in North Idaho, Spokane Washington area with a recommendation for an Umbrella and duplex rental insurance?

I'm thinking that I'm looking to get into the Boston area, either to the west or north of the heart of the city.

No idea if there are any on the island but lots near Boston and north and south of the city.
