Hello everyone, I have a 2 family home that I rent and in the one unit a family friend lives there.They moved in with no security deposit and keep making up excuses after excuses it’s been 5 years now still no SD. 

This is keeping our tenants up, along with their small children. 

Keep a large emergency fund for the low times.

This means a 1 BR and a 3 BR unit instead of two 2 BR units.

I’ll definitely keep you in mind.
