Grew up here and just started selling real estate here.

I grew up there but haven’t lived in Wichita for about 20 years.

TBH I'm not sure I qualify as Metro anymore haha I'm in Canton, but grew up in Lawrenceville, and spent several years in Roswell. 

I grew up, and my parents still live, in Harvey Park.

From there on out, the CV grew at a positive rate of return forever (or for as long as you held onto the policy).

Hi @Joshua Hinton, although I live north of Boston now I grew up about 20 minutes from Springfield.

I grew up in Richmond, so I am coming with the perspective of knowing the area, and knowing people who still live near this house.A lot has been said, but unless I missed it I didn’t see anything about what the numbers were like at your open houses.

Most of the communities around there are either built specifically for STR or became virtually all STR as Disney, Universal et al grew.

So even after an experienced/seasoned agent, my commission sales only grew as my production grew. 

Our General Manager grew up there!
