When trying to qualify for a mortgage is it possible to join forces with another person (partner) in order to qualify for a larger loan?

Try to show him how REI can help you spend more time on the thing you're passionate about and then help him see that you'd like him to join you in that.

I've been waiting to join one of your meets and really lock down some key land lording and investment strategies from you.

When I search for my buyer clients I have a database of developers, retail property management companies, individual owners and groups , other retail brokerage companies, construction companies, commercial attorneys, etc.There are specific single tenant net lease brokerages so if you want to get trained in that you might want to move to one of those companies.Look at joining ICSC.
