I think this was caused by the fact I was the one bringing the material and was just wanting a quote for labor and most companies weren't a fan of that.

I am personally not a fan of condos since it seems like you'd have to put a decent amount down for them to cash flow.

Mainly updating counter tops, new flooring, paint, ceiling fans, updated cabinetry, adding a garbarge disposal and possibly dishwasher.
