Participate in Real Estate Forums and Groups: Engage with fellow investors on platforms like BiggerPockets, LinkedIn, and joining your targeted market Facebook investor groups.

However, while we learn, engaging others helps to get a more realistic analysis of a potential property, so points to you for reaching out.

Here's the issue:  The management is engaged in what I believe to be an illegal scheme.
