I definitely intend to market based on a combination of cumulative returns and/or NPV, but I have mixed feelingsĀ about lubricating the deal with an offer ofĀ solid fixed income and then cashing them out at the earliest opportunity.I do, however, think that an early pay-off is an opportunity for further negotiation in the form of offering to buy the note from the seller at a discount.

The first pillar of asset protection is avoiding unnecessary and risky activities (don't drink and drive, insurance generally wonā€™t cover your poor decisions) and take good care of your investments(maintain your property, etc) - these simple steps will help you prevent lawsuits before they even occur.The second pillar is a good insurance policy as that cover the majority of your exposure.
