I believe there are a few in Central CT.  

Built in the late 1800's, 4 off street parking places, 2004 updated wiring, new gas lines, hvac, gutters, 5 furnaces, 3 central air units (2 more of unknown age) 80 gallon water tank from 2007. roof is ~13 years old.  

I'm starting to look at neighboring markets like Indiana in which I can find very similar characteristics to places I invest (central IL), but with a different cost composition.  

Central Ave. is gorgeous, but, it is next to the Highway noise and on both sides the condition of the houses goes down to abandoned and overgrown.

With Cape becoming an upcoming tech hub for Central America I know real estate is going to be amazing there.
