Hi BP Community.I am selling a house in central Florida and was contacted by an investor with the following Lease/Option agreement.

I have no clue as to how good it is or is not or how much it may cost.although I have been around a lot of different HOW TO guys over the years.. and like anything.. if he sells 100 people on the big dog program 10 or so will take it and run.. 10 or so will muddle the rest will just kind of fade away.you have to look within and see if you are in a position to succeed in real estate... its not as easy as just taking a course and your now going to succeed... real estate generally speaking takes time,, money and some how gain experience. so for sure those that have limited investing capital limited experience.. no real contacts in the industry.. will find it pretty tough to almost no way anything will happen other than get jacked up at the event.Assess were your at personally..

Inform your tenant that they will be responsible for all repair costs and advise them to contact their insurance agent immediately.

First and foremost, I would suggest contacting the seller and meeting for coffee or a beer or something.

@Mike D'Arrigo can give you some insight and put you in contact with themI am pretty familiar with most of these guys and would say that any of them would be ok to work with from what I have seen.

The conclusion of the video would be me explaining my real estate investing goals, then inviting other investors to contact me if their goals aligned with mine and would like to work together in the future. 

All he needs to do is contact I real estate broker who works with investors, and he'll receive all the deals he has time to look at. 

So I tried following that same pattern by trying not to have much contact with tenants or potential tenants and just having my assistant be the go between for everything.

Since these properties continue to collect liens, do I contact the city to see if these liens can be waived or part of them waived if there is no next of kin?
