I'd consider things like "tupperware containers set (microwaveable/dish wash safe/etc) to help with folks who meal prep and bring food to their long shifts.

On the Lease agreement i put down tenants responsibility to for unclogging toilet and will taking that bill out of his Security deposit. 1 week later same issue, the family clogged the toilet again, but this time caused an overflow of water which caused a food and leaked downstairs to the kitchen.

Evidence of cats: smell, urine damage, scratching damage on your woodwork and on their furniture, pet hair (look under refrigerator and range and in hvac ducts and filters), broken window blinds, kitty litter box, cat food.... the cat itself!
