Once I replaced an appliance that a guest broke because I only had one day  before the next rental.

It nearly broke me financially last year and I'm still trying to recover from it.  

I figured the number was broke--but I will call you as requested now that I know it works.  

Real Estate is a commodity, people on here need to stop acting like we're in this happy go lucky world where anyone who sells a property is this fragile being that we all need to tell up and save from the "broke" house flipper that's out to get them.

She said that after speaking to neighbors that some boys were playing baseball in the street and the ball accidentally broke the window. 

Someone forced opened the lid in cycle with the lid locked and broke that sensor.  

I had a baby girl born in 2008 as well so with the new baby and the drying up of the business, I lost everything. 

A few incidents like the above two happening during their one year stay that totally broke my heart, as I tried to be a good caring landlord, not only take care of my own interest, but also theirs.My beautiful garden had been totally wasted by the first tenants. 

I need to sell it because I'm broke and I bought a dilapidated 4 family in a different state where I now reside.
