Concerning the cost of living, i think it depends the cities, i leave in whittier, close to los angeles and prices are extrendamous, way more than in the south of France, or Italy.

II am looking at a few properties in southern cook county (South Holland, Alsip, Blue Island), and I am wondering what my chances of getting someone on a voucher will be.
