Cook County Housing Choice Voucher questions

II am looking at a few properties in southern cook county (South Holland, Alsip, Blue Island), and I am wondering what my chances of getting someone on a voucher will be.

I am definitely not against a voucher renter, in fact, it sounds like it could be a decent program. If I had a SFH for rent in the above listed areas, from your experience, will I find a reliable voucher renter? Do you get a lot of turnover with voucher renters or do they tend to stay long term?
