You need a realtor to pull this information from MLS, but the traits of a "selll-through" town remain the same, typically:-  Good school system-  People have heard of the town-  Somewhat easy access to highway, or within 15 minutes of a large employer of office parkProperty taxes will eat your profit up in NH, so make sure you try to be in and out of your deals.
