If you do these things, the same 4 or 5 companies will show up time and time again and warnings about the less reputable ones will keep you from wasting your time and money.Those old houses still remain my favorite rehab properties.

I'm definitely not an expert on the area, and I was very wary at first (our realtor warned us against the area.....as prices are so low, and tenant screening is difficult).
