Does any one have an air condition repair person in the Daytona Beach FL and St.

Keep in mind a lot of cities/county are cracking down on air b n b hosts, make sure your laws align with your goal, but if they do change pick a location that is good for long term rentals. 

For example once a HVAC was installed without an air filter.Now, due to some rodent problem, I need to replace the ducts in one of the homes.

It's not currently rented (as I'm renovating it at the moment), but I'm planning on using it as an Air-BNB once completed.

I do not know if Cuyahoga Co only auctions 'free and clear' (meaning no outstanding filed liens) properties OR after someone picks up the place, some lending institution comes out of thin air wanting an unpaid loan or worst, some deadbeat who hasn't paid child support in 17 years and the gov't comes to collect as a first lender (even before the financing guys get a crack at collection). 

Most short term guests (Air bnb, VRBO) treat the property with respect and leave it in good condition.

@Jordan Pothier yeah I'm going to second @Joe Young that your idea of "sign this and leave or else" is not a good idea (and could possibly be construed as blackmail, which is illegal).
