Let's not forget to get the preachers involved and get the word out in the churches....let's pray (prey)alright, on the less fortunate, unknowing, ill informed, and especially those who want to follow the American dream.

Note that Americans won't walk very far and there would have to be sidewalks.Also, desirability of light rail depends upon how heavy commuter traffic is, what the parking situation is, and whether or not the rail system goes anywhere useful.

I always prefer First American Title & Escrow, there are others who are great as well and others which are not great.

The average American right now is working a 9-5 (or more!)
