Hello and welcome to BP, fellow Ohioan.New to the site myself, although not that new to the real estate game.

I have seen people get in and out of real estate investing on the first property.If you still want to go at it on your own then use this site and the folks on it as a safety net.

These were recently amended in 2001 to include the following paragraph:"All single family homes shall be constructed on site of materials similar to those of existing homes.

Sidetrackig into the websites of member whoses sites are chock full of valuable information.First started dabbling in real estate about 10 years ago, bought a small complex of five commercial buildings in a tourist area, spend a year renovated them and rented them out.
