Good morning,There seems to be a lot of good information on this site but does anyone have recommendations for the best resources here on the basics of multifamily investing here on BiggerPockets that I can learn from.

3) Are there good property managers you'd recommend?

In our nicest house we have Tenants that pay 2 weeks early, been there for about 4 months.

I've spoken to some and none have said this is a safe loan to make.Best of luck, I fund sherrif sales but only in select states  NOT PA too complicated there and too much risk.

There are some whacko judges but the odds you get he is real small.  

(just kidding you some of these benefits are indeed counter intuitive because so many of the gurus and experts out there only focus on the obvious).
