I have a lot of spreadsheet info on my properties over a good period of time and expenses virtually never work out to 50% of gross rent where I am.

I know I want to be in real estate but I’m unsure in what capacity I should be in it.I have been looking into real estate assisting positions but I only have transferable experience and keep getting the cold shoulder because of my lack of hard experience.

How did it all work out for you?
