I am a new Realtor in Florida and wondered what would be the best strategy to implement when looking to begin the REI journey outside of being a typical Real Estate agent?

Yes should be able to, my lender only really cares about DTI and the actual score.

Always have to wonder if it as good as he says?  

But if I try to get another loan from the same bank that gave me the first mortgage, wonder if someone in underwriting in process of verifying income against mortgage might raise a flag: 'why does one of our mortgages have a land contract against it...'

I have a chart, lets put it that way, and I still get lost wondering what goes where some days.

It is a large sum so I would think carefully about it.

Given the area of Del Cerro, we used high end finishes throughout and every detail was carefully picked out from the door knobs to the iPad control station to Bose surround sound throughout the house to LED mirrors to the Versailles travertine floors to the wall hung toilets to the custom cabinets w/ granite countertops, etc...Nothing was left untouched!

I can say without a doubt that this flood brought a lot of us back to knowing what it is to help and care for our neighbors.Stay strong - we will all be stronger on the other side of this situation!
