I can’t find much online about them besides their website.

The only way scammers like this will be stopped is to report it them to the FCC and The FBI Internet online complaint center and also your local police.

You can look it up online...again, it's a Federal Requirement.If you filled out the Request for Tenancy Form, you have accepted that tenant.
