I also use Google drive, so all of the property documents, rehab plan, invoices, etc. are accessible for the investors to view and a spreadsheet on google drive with the property financials and weekly updates.

I also broke it down for myself that if I do 10 a day five days a week it would take me about 9 weeks. (50 posts per week, another 450 posts would be 9 weeks...)

You could always put it on the market listed as-is for, say, $95-100K for a week or two and see if you get any bites before starting a rehab.

@David MoreheadJust my 2 cents, but there isn't anything in any of these seminars you can't learn in a few weeks for free yourself (or by buying 2-3 books for around $10 each + reading free info on sites like BP).Not trying to talk you out of it, but for $10k you can actually buy a rental property in some parts of the country, so I would seriously consider the value you're going to get.
