Tenant portal, investor portal, web site, online payments, etc

** Reposting since the last one was over the holidays and this seems like a common question **I came across this cool spreadsheet by Roofstock but I cannot find it on their website.

(photography, video production, meetings, etc) This is for companies to rent your place so you can usually charge more and they don't typically spend the night, just book for like 6 or 8 hours type of thing.The other thing you could do would be direct bookings which would require a website and some type of marketing to drive folks to your website. ( Social media, SEO ads, etc.)

Luckily, I found out about the Bigger Pockets podcast less than a year ago and began visiting the website to learn more about real estate and grow my investment portfolio.

Currently we have 7 agents.We offer high tech lead generating website, software for electronic signatures , no monthly fees and give out leads to agents ( some times - since they are independent) and give a 75% commission split with the opportunity to get 100% cap.Any suggestions on how to grow our brokerage, attract the right agents and still be competitive?

There are so many good tools and websites out there but as a newbie out of state investor I always find this that or the other functionality lacking in every tool.

Can anyone recommend some websites or resources for finding properties?

The same criteria apply to the other TK's I invested with.For analysis, I recommend the BP calculators in combination with tools like Rentometer and the local data often provided by the city or county on their websites.
