Just so I'm on the same page are we saying that it's ok to advertise as you'd like but when questioned we should have the home under a contract that is assignable so that we may find a buyer and sell our interest for a profit?

let's connect first time buyer have a lot of options but you need to learn the game and have a plan.And yes the government is not there to help.. is like banks they are there to give you debt no help...You need to do reseach and learn your options.And the fact you are here in this web site is a great starting point.
