I found out you need to install a juction box in between plug and machine by hiring an electricien the payranch needs a blue box which I do not know how to connect with the washer or dryer to make it works?

@Jeff N. ...Most of my properties meet the 4 criterions...I purchase affordable SFR in blue collar neighborhoods..The school system is ok and parks or recreation centers close by...Our largest employer is the UAB which employs about 15K and close proximity to transportation..other hospitals and colleges close by as well...Most people who live in the center of town(high earners) send kids to private or magnet schools....Most neighborhoods 20-25 minutes of everything...
