Great input @Scott Hood, I have seen Real estate express on the web and have considered that as an option.

Okay so i have been trying for the last 8 hours to get this simple html squeeze page I created onto my web host page.

Phil,I'm curious as to why or how you're basing your value vs. zillow's highly inaccurate and wildly fluctuating zestimate.There are many posts and arguments around the web on the problems and tainting this zestimate does to both buyers and sellers thoughts.In my area, the zestimate fluctuates constantly and way to quickly.

I've scoured the web for help, and I know every state is different.Anyone has experience with such?

If you think this through and find that you really know nothing at all about the process of constructing a home (even to the point of say..posting on a web blog seeking information about the process :-) then you may want to reconsider.
