Keep in mind this may help to lower the room temperature when the a/c is running, but will not stop the room from warming up during off cycles.

In one are I considered, houses near the university were zoned high density, and this restriction didn't apply.

Im actually in a good position for renters - I live in Bismarck, ND and everything is flooding so there are plenty of displaced families and I have an in with the AD at the local university so they always call me when they hire new coaches because they know I will have a place for them to live.
