I understand people may be a bit biased in their responses (given the forum this question is asked in), but if I even hear from one objective person, it would make for a great discussion.

There are many factors personal goals/ objectives to consider here, this is simply what I would do if I were in your shoes.

Genuine, honest feedback is tough to get from agents but you are doing a good job overcoming the objections.
